All my own fault really. Here’s an approximate of my schedule every day after work:
- 6:00pm - Reach home.
- 10-15 minutes spent playing with Snoop my dog.
- Have some tea and a snack.
- 1.5 hours or so - Go online and catch up on all my subscribed blogs - Bloglines is great! Comment here, comment there, put some thoughts into a draft post.
- Work out for 15 minutes.
- Shower.
- Feed Snoop.
- 8:30pm - Go over to parents’ place for dinner, TV and chit-chat.
- 10:30/11pm come home again.
- Take Snoop out for a 10 minute run.
- Go online (again!!!) - read some more blogs, comment here, comment there. Tinker with that draft post, do a bit of research on it and get some images if neccesary.
- 11:30pm/12am - IM with friends. You all know who you are. Thanks for keeping me up!
- Sleep around 12:30am
Wake up next morning at 7:30am and it all begins anew.

sounds like you get a good 8 hrs! The more tired you are, the better the sleep :D.
