Can't go wrong with simple + some junk. I get lazy to cook for myself. Luckily my partner loves cooking :-P. When she was away for four days in summer and I was starting out in a new job and working long days I knew I wouldn't be bothered cooking when I got home, so the first evening she was gone, I ordered $40 worth of chinese home delivery food and that was enough for dinner for all the nights she was gone!
