I have never been but am very curious as to what it's like. I've been to most of the other capital cities (melb, syd, hobart, brisbane), but just never Perth for some reason. everyone that's been tells me it's great, so I'll be sure to pay it a visit sometime soon!! Besides with the med library only half a block down from the shop, it doesn't really makes much sense in terms of extra effort and finance needed. :) I've also thought about selling inside the hospital but the food stalls inside Charlie's have got a contract with the hospital to not allow competition.
