Currently blogging this in Pacific Internet Bugis Junction. How what where when!? My flight from Penang arrived in Singapore at about 2pm. My flight back to Perth is at 8pm. There was nothing to do at the airport and it was still too early check in so I hopped onto the train and headed to the one place that I’m quite familiar with.
Langkawi was a 3-day (Sat-Mon) blur of booze, food and smokes. Amidst all that, there were cable-car riding, sun-bathing, beach frolicking and lotsa tomfoolery and laughter. Oh we managed to squeeze in a round of go-karting too.
While we were there, we noted that there were more foreigners (read: Caucasians) than locals that we felt that *we* were the foreigners. It was quite surreal. Having said that though, the beaches were still not too crowded and it was very very relaxing just lazing about and feeling the seabreeze wash all over you.
The pictures once uploaded should paint my story even better. Speaking of pictures, I’ve got around 600 for my entire trip. Wahahah! My entries for the following weeks should hopefully keep you all entertained.

WHAT?!!
YOU WERE HERE AGAIN?!!!
NAIR TELL ME!!
CAN’T WAIT FOR THE PICS!!
=)))
I didn’t plan it lah. Because the flights are different airlines, I had to go through immigration. Once I got out, it was 3pm. I decided to have lunch there and after that it was still too early to check in, nothing to do at airport leh. Anyway I wasn’t at Bugis for long – the train ride there took half an hour. I logged on for an hour and then hopped on the train back to Changi again.
Quite surreal to be doing that tho. Hehe.
And also, I would have called you but I damaged my sim card! So my phone was dead. Grrr.
