Wow. This little nugget of news hit me from nowhere. Was reading the New York Magazine’s review of “V for Vendetta” and in that article was this little throwaway line:

The Wachowskis—one of whom is reportedly in the midst of a sex change—introduce a lesbian martyr to make a plaintive case for the right to be what one is.

The Wachowskis are the creative minds behind “The Matrix”. I googled and found a few links. And apparently this is old news too. I wonder why I never read or heard about it. I choose for you here two links that have good pics. Reality is stranger than fiction.
