The original gang for the night out: Wendy, Simon, me and a new guy that likes Wendy whom I intro’d to her 2 weeks ago.
Wendy and the new guy left us at 2am. Right after, Simon and I immediately had the same thought:
Let’s go to the strip club!
Who cares!?
This is a summary of what happened at Exotica:
- A guy we sat next to won $8000 at the casino and was throwing money around like there’s no tomorrow. Needless to day, the strippers were treating him *really* well.
- One stripper dance in front of me, made eye contact and then said, “Hey I know you. How’ve you been?” I replied, “I’ve been good. You look good as always.” *wink* I tipped her, she smiled and shook my hand.
- Another stripper came up to Simon and asked if he wanted a private dance, and he said, “Ask my friend here, he always have a private lap dance.” She turned to me, and before she even asked, I said, “Yeah why not!” She looked at me again, and said, “I’ve seen you here before. How’ve you been?” I said, “I’m well.” *smile* She said, “I remember you because you are always smiling.” Heheh. Woohoo! I got a very good private dance as a result.
I had two strippers recognise me. Think I go to Exotica too often? Yeah baby!

Whoa… I envy you man… But on second thought, could there be a chance where they use that line to get customers feel extra-homely? Hehehe…
ian: well I know that it’s all part of the “service” but hey, the second one actually remembered my job and I did get quite a good dance from her.
It also makes sense to make the customers feel welcomed cos they might go back and ask for them again, and hence more money for them.
Sounds fun
i miss spearmint rhino…

3 words to describe strippers in m’sia – cannot make it
Herman: it was. Woohoo!
YC: I didn’t even know there existed strippers in M’sia.
hehe. mamasan YC shall show em to u the next trip u come by.
there’s strippers everywhere.
YC: woohoo! Just for pure novelty’s sake. Heh.
Maybe you do go to Exotica too often if the strippers there recognise you!! I’m sure there are guys there that go a lot more often than you though!
btw if you got a girlfriend do you reckon you’d still go to the stripper? cause some girls REALLY wouldn’t like it. some, like me, wouldn’t mind too much providing it’s only an occasional thing (I wouldn’t want my bf going every week, but wouldn’t mind if he went for a bucks night or mate’s b’day).
just a question…
girlstar7: good question. I know girlfriends don’t like it – it’s like “you already have me, why do you need to go to them?”
So my answer now is a “no”.
well, what can i say..if they remember you, you’re their regular…special benefits!
gee…i was looking in envy when my “partner-in-crime” was given a strip dance…urrrggghh…
Leonard: you got gf right? Well then, that’s understandable that you didn’t get a dance.
Doesn’t bother me when my bf goes to the stripper – anyone who gets jealous is kidding themselves. I’m pretty certain the strippers wouldn’t go for the ‘patrons’ in a romantic way. They’re there to make their money, probably go to uni in the morning and they’re cool with that.
I am not at all worried about losing my guy to a stripper. He goes once in a blue moon (3-4 times in a 6 yr relationship). I may have more of a problem if he went more regularly – but only because I can think of better things to spend the $$$ on!
Not because of the nekkid girls…
michelle: yeah it’s all harmless fun until the guy becomes besotted or obsessed with going, like an addiction. Usually that happens when they are fooled into thinking that the dancer likes them when it is their job to treat the patrons nice, much like waiters and waitresses are.
