Morality never comes into it unless as propaganda spin. thus the projected ROI (Return on Investment) of an Iraq war wins hands down over a North Korean War. North Korea is an unknown, may have nukes. d) An instated Iraqi government can repay your expenses in oil$$$. an instated North Korean government can pay you in gratitude only.
