We are all kids inside.
I’ve succumbed to the temptation of the Xbox 360. Initially I had wanted a Nintendo Wii for its revolutionary controller and style of play. But the Xbox has the killer app.
A killer app in tech vernacular is a piece of software that makes you want to get the hardware to run it. And for the Xbox 360, it is “Gears of War”. The clever ad and gameplay trailer got me hooked a few weeks back, and I’ve been doing my research ever since.
Will be running around a few shops tomorrow checking out prices and the bundles. I expect to be $700-800 poorer tomorrow. Or two month’s time anyway - am using my credit card. Woohoo!

I saw the second ad before, but it’s still feel damn good and funny watching it again. Bang Bang.
indra: will be getting the premium pack for sure - damn Indo prices are cheap. Heh and 10 “games” eh? When I get it, I’ll probably take some photos and do a small write up about it.
lupin: it’s funny because we used to play those games before, including the fake explosions.
Well, one is Gears of War, then there’s Oblivion, Saints Row, Halo 3, quite a few titles that interest me. Coming up is Bullet Witch or somethin… an yea, Indo price is a blessing hahaha
