Don’t call it a podcast #3 - Being Personal

I had thought that I’m quite a personal blogger, in amongst all the other things that I write about. But surprisingly, one or two readers still think that I don’t write enough personal stories. It has happened once before:
In this episode, I ask the question,
How much more personal can I get?
Let me know.

Gosh do u really care so much about wat readers think? Honestly if i were to have a blog i wouldn’t bother what those readers comment. Cos first of all we are the one blogging so we are in CONTROL and why u blog? if i blog i would treat it as a diary something that i can remember of maybe in 5 years later?
But if u really want to know if u are being personal or not then the answer is YES. Being personal or not that’s not our call it’s YOUR CALL. Just be yourself if they can’t take it then just let it be. We cannot pls everyone. Nobody’s perfect. But at least we should pls ourself =)
Have to care because they are the ones who come back mah.
But you are right, ultimately it’s up to myself how personal I want to be. I think the question here is more along the lines of: why do ppl still think I’m not personal enough?
Hence the “American Pie” clip, if you understand the joke.
Have to care because we are the one who come back? Nah if me i don’t care one. Cos if i blog i do it for my own interest and not for the sake of pleasing everyone rite? don’t bother to question yourself why they think u not personal enuff.
Cos different ppl different point of view if all think the same as u then u wouldn’t be original liao. Hahaha ritE? anyway don’t change for others but let others read on for who u are.
well, so far so good. be it personal or not, I’m hooked anyway.
keep writing & I’m gonna keep cumming back.
i tink u hv done well enough 4 me to come back reading everynw n then.
gd job!
I think your blog is personal enough, and I really enjoy reading it, hence the reason why I keep coming back and commenting time and time again! Who cares what just a couple of people think, I reckon most of your regular readers really enjoy reading your blog. I must admit, I do prefer the personal posts, and much prefer reading them to the posts about technology or the YouTube links.
BTW it is really weird hearing your voice!! I read what your write, and see your pictues all the time but I had no idea what your voice sounded like! It sounded really different to how I imagined it actually. It’s funny how you picture someone to look/sound in a certain way, and the reality is quite different!
DeV|LisH: well it’s a balance - I like the audience participation, so I have to care about ppl coming back.
explicist: thank you for the support!
mf: every now and then only?! hahah just joking. thank you too!

I enjoy reading your blog. That’s the reason why I landed here everyday. Keep it up friend !!!!
Lupin: well I write a post a day, so 1-2 comments per post will get you to the top of the list.
