Of course, you're independent if you could live on your own. Maybe it's just an Asian thing? Anyway, I agreed with 10/3, another disadvantage is no spontaneous woohoo-ing, and I can imagine a few other woohoo-ing location outside the bedroom, besides the living room sofa.
