Don’t call it a podcast #5 - Blog Advertising & Appreciating Blog Readers

orangeacid @ flickr (via everystockphoto)
In this episode, I talk about:
- Appreciating your blog readers and not completely revamping and deleting your blog, and/or disappearing off the Internet completely. Show them courtesy and thanks by at least stating in advance your intentions. Unless of course, you don’t really care about your readers.
- My results with having advertising on my blog thus far and has it changed my way of writing - please say “no”.

A very interesting podcast. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. I have been toying with the idea of blog advertising but haven’t taken the plunge. Hearing about your success with it (not life-changing but success, nonetheless!)m and seeing the toys you’ve gained because of it may provide the motivation I need to actually do it!

tfp: I think your blog could be even more successful because it’s so niche - that makes it easier for targeted advertising. The biggest earner for me are the Text-Link Ads. You’re welcomed to pick my brain if and when you take the plunge.
