DAMN IT! Actually mine was pretty rough as I found out later he got convicted for bashing his wife to the point of death, strangling her with a power cord to death and then turning himself in on the grounds of insanity. I would have thrown the book at him. Although I did get out of the office for 4 days :). Hope yours is a good one, let us know how it turns out, if you can.
