Here’s the setup: inattentive bad listener of a girlfriend does not realise that her boyfriend will be going to Europe for 2 weeks, even when told repeatedly. Boyfriend leaves for Europe but left his phone off because he didn’t want to pay high roaming charges. Then why bring his phone, you asked? That point is not important to the story. Or rather, it IS important to the story because this simple act would unleash the psycho bitch that was in the girlfriend all along when she tries desperately to get in touch with him and couldn’t.

That is awesome! What a crazy girl! At least he got to see her for what she really was, which was crazy. And how could he NOT read those emails, after reading the last one she sent? Could you really just blindly delete them – you’d have to know something was up!
Heheh though in fairness, all of this could have been avoided by the guy turning his phone on at least once to get her text msgs.

My question is – didnt he have the chance to read his email at least once? Or at least send her a txt msg/email when he reached Europe?

WTF, is this for real? I find the craziest thing that hasn’t even been mentioned is the fact that he TOLD her numerous times that he was going to Europe yet she still acted like she had no idea where he was…how on Earth could you forget a minor detail like that?! Surely, they must have spoken about it a lot…going on a trip abroad is a pretty big deal….CRAZINESS!!!
Which is why this whole thing is so tragically funny.
Wow, I wonder why dont he just switch on the HP for once, to chk on is there any text msg or miss calls..well at least he should text the GF once he is arrive.. well even though the GF is not a good listener..
If he did, we wouldn’t have this to laugh at. But yes, I did mention above what you’ve said.
