As we approached the entrance of the bazaar, we saw a sea of motorcycles.
Which would mean there’s gonna be a LOT of people.
The place is more crowded than normal due to it being a day before the end of Ramadan. Imagine Christmas time, or the mad rush that the Chinese go through before Chinese New Year and you can sorta picture the atmosphere.
Inside the huge bazaar, there was everything from dried nuts and fruits …
fur coats and scarves …
carpets …
the traditional Uighur hats that the men wear …
to lots and lots of hair dye …
And everything in between. I’m sure somewhere there is a butcher corner too but I didn’t get to see it. Although we didn’t end up buying anything, it was an awesome experience just walking around, hearing and watching the people go about their shopping.
