Anyways, I almost impressed Blinkymummy when I told her I was cooking tonight. That was until I said, “The sauce is from a bottle.” CEH!
Tonight’s dish: Chicken, runner beans, carrots, champignon mushrooms cooked in Nando’s “Coconut milk, coriander and lime cooking sauce”.
And the end result …
Oklah. It looks good but I thought the sauce was so-so only. Definitely can’t beat my mom’s. I should really get her recipe for curry paste but her stuff all hand made one leh … where got time!?
