This blog started in June 2005 and died on 22nd February 2013 due to the hosting company that I was using closing down suddenly. I didn’t have a good recent backup and so the site was resurrected using a backup that I had from January 2009 and the Google caches of my better/favourite posts. Learn from my mistakes people – back up back up back up!
